I have an odd fascination with trees, and I like to collect seeds and try to get them started growing. This is my most successful attempt so far. I swiped a lemon from the restaurant where I worked, and dug out the seeds and planted them. That was a few years ago, and it's still small, but it's still alive and growing, at least during the summer when I can put it out in the hot sun. During the winter when it's indoors it pretty much just sits there and doesn't grow at all. Someday I'll post a picture of the whole thing instead of just some leaves.
Pentax ZX-10 I forget the film type, but I think it was some really old expired Kodak
What patience... I have plants but I didn't have them from seeds. I tried to plant a baobab's seed, it never grew.

@Cyrille: It's not as easy as just finding a seed and sticking it in the ground for a lot of seeds. With the trees around here, the seeds usually fall off in autumn, but don't start growing until spring. During the winter the cold causes a change in the seed that lets it grow when it warms up. So if you want to get them started you have to put them in the refrigerator for a couple months first, and then plant them. I usually do some research beforehand to find out what it takes to get the seed started.
