Moonville Tunnel

Posted by Chris Barron (Columbus, Ohio, United States) on 9 November 2006 in Miscellaneous.

Taken on a camping trip in September. The area we visited used to be a big iron-producing area, but mining stopped a long time ago, and now it's all a big state forest. But the remains of the old iron-producing era are still around. This tunnel is out in the middle of the woods. You drive back a few miles on a long gravel road, then stop and hike for a bit to get there. It's supposedly haunted, but we were there in the middle of the day and didn't see anything interesting. Unless this figure wasn't my friend, but actually the Moonville Tunnel Ghost! No, I'm pretty sure it's just my friend SIB. Oh well, I don't really believe in ghosts anyways.......
